For more than 20 years, we have been building a reliable and cost-efficient international production network for our partners. Thanks to long-term collaborations with producers in India and China — and additionally in Slovenia and Pakistan — we can produce at the best price without compromising on quality.
Thanks to fixed quality processes in our partner factories and additional inspections by our local teams, we guarantee consistent and predictable product quality. Each batch is checked for material composition and systematically tested for breaking strength and hardness after production. This allows us to prevent deviations before shipment and ensures that every delivery meets the agreed specifications.
Our logistics are organized through multiple Dutch hubs. Full container loads (FCL) are processed directly via Rotterdam, while smaller quantities are delivered quickly and flexibly from our storage location in Enschede (Boekelo). Additionally, a specialized logistics partner supports us with storage, order picking, and shipping.
Our organization is deliberately flat, ensuring that decisions are made quickly and processes are never unnecessarily delayed. As a result, we can act very fast and provide samples or trial series within a short time. We produce forged and cast steel parts from drawings and typically deliver them to your location within 45 days.
Furthermore, we are always easily reachable. We almost always respond via email and telephone immediately or within a few hours.
Everything within our organization is focused on working as efficiently as possible. We deliberately keep a limited standard range in stock, work without sales representatives, without a board of directors, and without a large office or expensive facilities. This keeps our fixed costs low and allows us to offer competitive prices.
Our warehousing and logistics are carried out by specialized professionals, meaning we have no limitations in storage or shipping capacity. Transport from Asia takes place via FCL to Rotterdam, which is the most efficient solution in terms of cost structure.
In addition, our factories have their own mold and tool shop. This allows us to develop faster, implement adjustments immediately, and better control quality, while keeping production costs low.
In addition to our position as an OEM partner for leading trailer manufacturers, our solutions are increasingly being used in the building and construction sector. Thanks to our reliable quality and flexible production capabilities, we also supply components for overhead rails, steel construction, screw foundation solutions, and the assembly of prefab elements. This makes our products suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
