We work with top-quality raw materials to guarantee rapid material removal. We use high pressure to compress the discs, weighing 1kg per disc, to ensure a long service life. Through our own reinforcement layers, center rings, and a controlled baking process in continuous ovens, we ensure safety and stable discs. One of the primary reasons for producing in Europe is safety and quality.
Additionally, several test procedures are conducted on every production batch to verify quality during and after production. We also perform a test where we increase the revolutions (RPM) until the disc bursts to verify our own safety margins. This cutting disc was developed in collaboration with some of the largest greenhouse demolition companies and is used by the majority of them.
