Woerden-Sales works with one of the largest and most modern grinding disc factories. We have these Toro-pro demolition discs manufactured in this European factory.
We work with top-quality raw materials to guarantee rapid material removal. We use high pressure to compact the discs, at 1 kg per disc, for a long service life. Through our own reinforcement, center rings, and a controlled baking process in continuous ovens, we ensure safety and stable discs. One of the main reasons for producing in Europe is safety and quality.
In addition, several test procedures are carried out for every production batch to test quality during and after production. A test is also performed where we increase the speed (RPM) until the disc bursts to check our own safety margin. The cutting disc was developed in collaboration with some of the largest greenhouse demolition contractors and is used by the majority of greenhouse demolition contractors.
